We realise the internet is increasingly appealing especially during the current economic difficulties but buying chemicals and other items on-line can lead to further problems and prove to more costly in the long run. Many chemicals require special licenses to be able to send via couriers, and we have found that to avoid this alternative products are sent which are easier to post. These alternative products will not do the same job and can cause issues when the water is not treated with the correct products, which is one of the reasons why we deliver personally from our own vans.
